Welcome to GW Student Rentals London's premier student landlord for high quality rental properties with easy access to the

We specialise in rentals to students, post graduates & young professionals.
All Bills which include broadband internet to all rooms & TV licence are included in the rent.
We only let our own properties which we manage ourselves therefore unlike agents we do not charge any fees whatsoever for
Tenancy Agreements, Inventories etc. Managing our own properties ensures a prompt & efficient response to any maintenance
issues that might arise.
Deposits are protected under the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme
All of our properties are in highly popular student areas in well lit streets, within minutes to excellent transport links, Piccadilly line
tube stations. major shops, eateries, pubs etc.
Premium Victorian houses furnished & completely refurbished to exceptionally high standards with spacious communal areas & internet to all rooms. Each house has 2 WC's a main bathroom plus 2nd separate shower room, some have 3rd shower room en-suite. All bedrooms have double beds. Bathrooms, shower rooms & streamlined fully fitted kitchens are modern & hygienic. Kitchens are fully equipped with built in oven & hob, microwave, washer/dryer & fridge/freezer. The spacious communal lounge has 32" flat screen TV, Freeview & DVD player. New tenants are supplied with a 'welcome pack' consisting of new packaged items such as electric kettle, toaster iron & kitchen ware etc.
Windows are double glazed with self-locking handles, laminate/wooden flooring, wooden blinds, combi-boiler, full gas central heating, instant hot water, carbon monoxide & intruder alarm, mains wired smoke detectors, fire blanket & fire extinguishers.
We are registered landlords with the major London Universities including University of London, University College London UCL,
Kings College London KCL, London School of Economics LSE, School of African Studies SOAS, City University, Royal Academy of
Music, Westminster, Middlesex, London Metropolitan London Met LMU, College of Law LCL, & adhere to their landlord code of
good conduct.
We are members of the National Landlords Association NLA, members of RESPECT ASB Housing Charter, & are an Accredited
Landlord certified under the London Landlords Accreditation Scheme LLAS meeting the very high standards.
Each of our houses have been rated and issued with an Energy Performance Certificate EPC and are in accordance with the
Housing Act of 2004.
We have available either 5 or 6 bedroom houses. Please note we only let to complete groups of 5 or 6 people with one single
tenancy agreement for the group. We do not let rooms on individual tenancies.
We can also accommodate groups of friends in houses very close by so if you are two groups of students of 10 or 11 looking for
accommodation in many instances we can offer you houses moments from each other.
The extremely high standard with careful attention to detail of our houses & prompt attention to maintenance issues ensures that
demand is always great and we consistently exceed expectations.
